Appointments

Prior to your appointment you will be asked to complete an online questionnaire through a secure website. It is helpful to arrive approximately 15 minutes early prior to your appointment time.

In our first appointment, the information you provided on the questionnaire will be reviewed and you will participate in completing a strength based Psychosocial Assessment.

During the second appointment you and Ms. Spanos will cooperatively develop a Treatment Plan. This plan will briefly describe the reason for treatment and with this information both long term and short-term objectives (goals) will be developed in measurable terms. By accomplishing the short-term objectives, you will be working toward reaching your long term goal(s).

Reduced Fees & Service Members

If you cannot afford my fee, please let me know because I do have a limited sliding scale or I can connect you with another counselor to serve your needs. If you or someone in your family is a service member you may qualify for free services, please email me for more information.

Insurance

I provide all the necessary paperwork for my clients to be reimbursed by their insurance provider. The majority of my clients receive some form of reimbursement from their insurance. Please call your insurance provider to determine your coverage.

Rates

This will be discussed during the initial appointment. A session is approximately 50 minutes.

Consultation

I offer a free 30-minute consultation (either on the phone or in my office), so you can get a sense of whether we have a good match. It is also an opportunity for me to decide whether or not I will be able to help you.

Cancellation Policy

If you do not attend your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
